These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of theindiangarage.com (the “Site”), run by The Indian Garage (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information only, not professional advice
Everything on the Site is general information for everyday drivers. It is not professional mechanical, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cars differ by make, model, year, fuel type and condition. 2. Safety
Working on a vehicle and driving carry real risks. Do not attempt any check, repair or driving technique described on the Site unless you are competent to do so safely and legally. Always obey traffic laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and local rules.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but prices, specifications, regulations and model details change often. We do not guarantee that any content is complete, current or error-free. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

The text, graphics, logo, design and original photographs on the Site belong to The Indian Garage or are used with permission, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. Car makers’ names, logos and model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for identification and commentary only and does not imply endorsement.
